Non-working air freshene

I recently purchased a 'special' sale offering 2 bottles of 'febreze fabric spray' and get 1 room freshener free. I love febreze and jumped right on this sale. But 1 of the bottled spray didn't work properly and leaked and the room freshener, well it just didn't work at all. I called store about it but they said i had to contact the company, because they'd had many complaints. This will not stop me from purchasing febreze but i am certainly not a happy, satisfied customer.
