On the 6/6 I ordered some UGG boots through

They informed me the particular boots were not in stock and I could choose another pair. However the web-site stated they had 162 items in stock.

I then informed http://www.discountbootssalestore.com / that I only wanted to purchase this particular type and due to the fact they did not have it I wished for a refund of my money.

I have now sent numerous emails and numerous messages through the contact us section of their web page, and have not heard from the company for a month now.

I feel I am now locked in a standoff with this company and fear they have ripped me off with my money. I do not have a product to show for it. And there is absolutely no communication from their end.

Could you possibly assist me in collecting my refund.
