This company took it upon themselves to take money ($99.49) out of my checking account without my permission or knowledge. When i asked about the refund of my money, this person on the other end of the phone said "i had to fill out a form" in order to get my money back. I am highly upset, so if anyone else deal with this company, by all means be aware!!!
