In 2010 I purchased health insurance from RBA paying $150.00 a month in premiums. I am now dealing with a collection agency for the services that RBA should have paid for 30 months ago. Who's in charge of making sure that insurance companies are ligitimate?
I would like to complain to more than this web site. So what happens to well-meaning people that purchase insurance from someone like RBA?
