False Advertisement

Back in May i got a call from this company stating they can save me on monthly APR for my credit cards. There fee was $595.00 and they would find me the best rates and transfer my balances and negotiate with my current banks on a reasonable APR. All of which was never done. The put me with Capital One Bank and the terms were 0% APR for 12 months and 3% transfer fee. Something Lori never told me about. I denied the deal. I called my current bank Citi and negotiated on my own a lower APR. This all happening because Lori never returned calls because her company got paid. I finally disputed this charge of $595.00 because none of the services were done. They are fightning me on this and this is unfair.
