Got a call to take a survey. Answered some questions that really didn't have much to do with me (recent high school grad). Was redirected to their website, which looks legit. Tried to log in, but no luck. Considered sending them a strongly-worded complaint with a sob story and a threat, but decided on a much more mundane approach. Sent a simple "Help! Can't log on" complaint and was redirected to an error page that had nothing to do with my complaint (something about unclosed quotation marks and something about punctuation with a "t"). Please, if you get this call, give the live person on the other line some grief for me!
