I too signed up for a FREE trial. I received my Bioslim but no Biocleanse but paid for both. I call the help line and they tell me that its a SUBSCRIPTION and that they will extend my trial period and not make any other charges. Naturally I said that I had NOT signed up for a subscription and I CANCELLED my card as soon as I got off the phone. I hope I have done enough to prevent them from takeing my money.
