In Nov. 2008 paid for the cruse but couldn't go ask for a refund they refused said it was not refundable. Can you help me get my money back. A-ever received them. The site is rprgift.com customer service 1-800-203-9783 I have called was put on hold they did not return to the phone. Talked to a Mark Lumpkin
