This site is a total scam. All the people are bots. As soon as you sign up you get a ton of winks, views, emails, etc. Until you sign up and pay. All of them are actually bots, they never respond to anything. The "people" who contact you are always online 24/7 (at least for the last 2 days since I signed up). Those "people" also actually never show up on the search results.
