This company randomly sent me a text message signing up for their "services" called Fun Facts. I did not ask to be signed up nor did I want any stupid "fun facts" and told them to stop. I was charged for 2 months before they finally stopped charging me. Ridiculous, I really don't understand how this can be legal, but according to AT&T it is and they don't have any way of blocking this from happening.

I would think there would and should be a way to block purchases made against your phone account without your express permission, just like when you sign up for some websites where they send you an account confirmation email that you have to respond to within so many hours or the account registration will be cancelled. You should be able to receive an email or text from your phone service carrier asking if you do indeed want to sign up for that service, if you respond no then that scammer, oh, excuse me, "Company" should be blocked from charging you.

But no, I guess all the Cell carriers find this to be too much work and would rather let scammers like Bune LLC get away with this over and over and over. Very upsetting that this can happen. Yes, with all the technology today it does make it easier for scammers but it should make it easier to block or refuse them also.
