I have never been in this situation before as I am always carful given my bank and other details out. This company I have never heard of before, so when I was trying to apply to a loan through another website this company deiced to take 39.99 pounds out of my bank. I tried calling them and kept leavening at least two messages a day on their unprofessional answer machine as well as emailing them every day for a good two weeks. I left for them to realize that there has been a fault on their side of things and get back to me as soon as they could. I have yet to her anything and I am so confused and angry with this company.
