Recently I purchased hair from meinhair.com. The owner Johnny was really nice via email with responses and prices for my hair boutique. I wanted to order 10 bundles and he told me to just order a few to sample and my respect for him and his service grew. There were only two you tube videos about this company and they were positive so i tried him. I installed my wefts after sealing them and dying them and they were beautiful. I did notice that his weft construction was poor and I brought that to Johnny's attention. He does this hair add on to the wefts trying to make sure the ounces are there and I told him that could cause a shedding issue. I was confident I had a vendor for my hair boutique so I sold to three customers. When I got the hair I examined it and I always tell my customers to wash before installing. This is what happened. One customer's bundles were FULL of lice eggs/nits. This was discovered after the hair was dyed with her stylist. I told Johnny I was returning it since my customer was pissed and demanding a refund. I spent $93 to send via Fed Ex to him and he refused to take the package according to the tracking. Johnny kept responding to my emails saying am I sure its his hair. He's been in the hair business for years. This man has a return policy on his site and he won't even look at the product he sent me with lice nits. I sent him photos prior to the shipping process and he kept saying he would have to determine if its his fault or not before replacing or refunding. What? My other client had her Brazilian hair for two days. She called me and provied me a ziplock bag full of shedding hair. I told her to give me the hair, sent pics to Johnny, emailed about the weft construction again, and demanded a refund. My last client ordered Peruvian, not advertised on his site, and it was shedding like crazy before installation. I'm sending her hair back too. I have lost close to$1,000 trying to satisfy customers, shipping items, and buying products to maintain the hair. I don't think he's going to refund my money since he's refusing shipments. This site is a SCAM. I have all the emails and pay pal invoicex from this vendor. I want my $456!!!
