I noticed that on my pay as you go phone I was being charged by this company $9.99/month. I texted them to cancel, I did not want their service? But I keep being texted that I already have their service. Said I do not want. Same reply. I do not recall accepting their service since I like most people don't need it. Today (7/13) I texted STOP and still got the same reply. How do I get out of this mess? My name is Shelley Clancy of Jacksonville, FL
