On checking my credit card statement noted that this company had been taking money out of my credit card for four months. My bank advised me to get in contact with the company which I did they told me I was not entitled to a refund as I had obviously signed up for a subscription as they had my details! I informed my bank of this also explaining I had never heard of the company before and had never been on their website. They got in contact with the company and interigated them and discovered that the facts were in deed fraudulent! The bank refunded me £44.85...
