I saw this company's ad on the web and signed up for a free trial. Didn't see any Terms and Conditions. Tried to cancel by phone within an hour. Didn't work. The goods were posted. I was charged 99p for insurance without my consent. Returned the product, but could not get them to answer their phone (in USA) to give me the required RMA. Sent goods Recorded Delivery.in spite of asking for a block on my Visa account, they took £69.95 from my account without my consent. I have since read their Ts & Cs. They have got you. Money back guaranteed only for NON trial orders! Disgusted.
