Now, I have been in contact with Valerie in guest relations, but Bryan Stokes the GM has yet to contact me. I've asked for a key log for the dates I stayed to ensure that what Valerie asserted was true: no one other than housekeeping entered my room. Even if that IS true—there would be no reason for housekeeping to enter the room at all. I previously informed housekeeping I did not want any services from them. So I want the print-out I've been asking for since JULY, and to be contacted by someone other than Valerie, because she obviously doesn't know which story to tell. First, no 'suspicious lock-ins were reported', then 'housekeeping only entered the room', and finally when I rebutted all of those: she claims 'housekeeping only entered once'. Too many inconsistencies; not enough proof. Show me the exact dates and times housekeeping entered my room unauthorized!
