Error in filling online order for dance shoes

I ordered dance shoes from Dance4less. I followed their sizing suggestion and ordered the same size as my regular street shoes (10.5 W). When the shoes arrived, I couldn't even get them on because they were so narrow. I maintain that although the shoes were labeled as 10.5 W, they were mis-sized, or much smaller than standard shoe size. I had to pay shipping both ways ($21.00) and was told by customer service that I am going to be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is not proper handling of this issue.
