I received a letter from Federated Allocation Bureau, a reporting service; Appointed Liason, Franklin Bell. An "exclusive offer" - it is a "time sensitive offer" to get it back by "7/10/12" "I will have my people rush this to my desk so I can get our package out to you asap." To receive the amount of: $2,132, 561.00 If I send a required $20.00 as a research fee for immediate release and transfer of cash and prize, I will receive the money. I've checked to try to contact them but they cannot be found. I want this kind of thing to be stopped. It's a travesty for old people who are on a fixed income to be "taken" for a ride.
