My mother is 82 yrs. Old and this happened to my mother on 6-2 they had a check
on her statement for $447.34 that looked like a check that had all her information just like her checks, except it had her phone number on it and my mothers dont even have her phone on it. When i called the 888-778-0073 it was a third party company and they were not able to give out a phone number for yr benefits talked to 3 people there all were very rude, rude and more rude. They said they would refund her in 21 days. The check also does not require a signnature on it.
