I am filing a complaint against Permier Membership Clubs

I looked at my bank account online this morning and saw this company did an unathroize payment of $99.49. Which made my account -. I don't know who these people are but I made a complaint with the BBB and my state's general attorney office. I also emailed my bank about this fraud. I am not paying for nothing to my bank or these people. What is company? What do they do? I know, scam hard working americans like me and you. If I don't get anything done with this. I will write a letter to the president of the united states about what these crooks are doing.
