Another disappointment at Radio Shack

Over the years, I've bought things at RS, and very often I've had to return them. Today's purchase was no exception. I bought a plug-in car satellite radio. I told them when I bought it that I'd be bringing it back if it wasn't satisfactory, didn't work well, etc. I went around the corner and installed it, and it didn't work. When I looked more carefully, there was a piece missing from the contact on the plug. To add insult to injury, when I went back to return it, there was a lot of red tape (address, phone number, etc), which was annoying. RS needs to upgrade itself. As I say, this isn't an isolated incident. My history with them goes back at least 30 years and it's always the same. Goodbye, RS.
