My son gave this guy $1,000.00 as a deposit on an apartment in Brooklyn. The landlord then rented to another party and Tariq Hakeem refuses to refund the deposit stating health problems, his account is frozen, etc, etc. He is nothing but a crook and there are other postings on the internet that he has done this to other people. He needs to be stopped and put in jail.
