I was approved exclusively for a Card VISA or a Master Charge for the amount of $10,000.00. Money Sent on September 16 and I never heard from company. Was told in the statement which I kept that my 37 dollars would be completely refundable with my purchase using the credit card. I did not receive a credit card from the company and no refund of my money. Please help me in this matter.
