I recieived a letter from OCEAN BLOOM INTERNATIONAL saying i won some sort of lottery in Australiafor the amount of $250,000. I had my doubts but they sounded real and very smooth about it. I was told to aviod all the taxes taken from the $250,000 i can pay a 15,000 fee that will allow me to recieive a check for $235,000 that would be all mine. Now i hear this is all a scam? What am i going to do! My family is so heart broken. Can u help?
