I live in Kansas City. This bogus charge is for some car plaza or gas station in Florida. Looks like this is a big scam. My bank has still not credited this back to me and the phone number listed on my bank statement just rings and rings. Very frustrating since this is the third time they have charged me amounts close to $10 in the last few months. Makes me frustrated that I now have no choice but to request a new debit card, even though I have had this account for years. Based on the thousands of complaints for this company on this and many other websites, why can the Florida attorney general's office not crack down and do something about it? VERY frustrating!
