Jiffy Lube 82nd in Happy Valley *Unprofessional* - conventional oil change

I went to Jiffy Lube in Happy Valley Oregon today for an oil change.

It took them a very long time to do the "Jiffy Lube" that their name promises. There was a lot of paperwork and questions so that they could pull up my information. This was annoying in that it is my impression that they do this so that they can document the work they have done in order to sell you services "you need" when all I want is a quick oil change without the b.S. That I repeatedly tell them I don't want.
(I am capable of keeping track of what my car needs, thank you).
I was disgusted when I witnessed one of the workers "air fondle" an attractive woman as she walked by him, and then ogle her with a coworker. Shortly after, I was asked by one of them if I would like him to "escort me to the waiting room" and felt totally creeped out and told him that I felt more comfortable staying in my car. When I told the manager that women will not feel comfortable coming there if they see the employees doing this he insisted that this did not happen (he was not within range to notice and could not have known. He interrupted me repeatedly and would not listen as I calmly tried to explain what I saw. He instead responded with an extremely teenage "Whatever!" and walked away from me. This was not the response I would expect from a 50 year old adult, and store manager at that. When he returned with my receipt I told him that it was my feeling that he did not care about the situation. He said nothing. He was a manager! His name was Chris. Blond haired lame manager. Uninvested in customer care. Thanks, Chris.
