For rent. The apartment is a scam because there are cockroaches and dirty dishes scattered everywhere in her tiny apartment. You are expected to live with four other tenants (Sarah Grodsky, George Flauta, Sabriel Flauta, Kimiko Flauta) with only two cramped bedrooms. She lies about how her downstairs neighbor died and how she's having a hard time, the truth is that her neighbor died in a drag racing accident and Sarah has even admitted that she never liked the neighbor and thought she deserved to die. She has also been stealing money from people using her children Sabriel (6) and Kimiko (3) in her scams to lie and cheat. She has stolen thousands of dollars. Please have her return the money to the rightful owner.
