I was very interested in this property. I was told once the deposit was received, i would be sent the key to the property. I sent three payments over a month and a half and he agreed that was fine. I was told the keys were sent the next day. Two days later I get a tex from his wife saying they received a call from FEDEX, their was a mistake in the address. On the way to the FEDEX location Gregory was involved in a car accident. He was in hospital. His wife req that I send and additional 600 dollars toward first month rent and they give me one month free. I told her I Was sending no more money until I receive keys. Havent heard from them since. I have texted stating police involvement and court. No response.
