Merry Maids
Would not recommend

Would not recommend the Merry Maids Aurora, CO location. Owner (Tom Paul) was beyond rude when I said the cleaning service was not up to their promise. Said I was too meticulous on my expectation and was very condescending with everything I said. I don't think it was a lot to ask that they straighten up the towels in the kitchen and baths and leave them folded on the racks. You can get that from a cheap hotel why not at home. Things were thrown back on tables and rugs and trash cans were left in the middle of the floors. They set the alarm off and did not set it properly when they left. The girls in the office were very nice and were all about customer service but the owner was, well, basically a "jerk". I am not a neat freak by any means, but I do expect to have things basically straightened up especially if you are paying top dollar for a service. He needs to leave the customer relations to someone that has even a minuscule of people skills. I feel sorry for the people that work for him by the way he treated me, they must go through hell working for him.
