I am requesting a full refund of product I never ordered. I did cancel on time for autoship but received the next shipment anyway. The phone number is bogus. Doesn't even ring. Something better happen here soon. You have my email, do not ever send me another box of product or else. P.S. Looking for a refund of products not ordered "real soon." Patty
