Lake West Hospital
Told to move from pick up area

I was picking up patient at 6:20 A.M. July 3 who had a TIA. The attendant told me I had to move my car because other drop off patients could not get into the hospital.

The person, Art, was not very friendly and did not care why I was there. He was in charge and I had to move now. II do not know if he had a long night and was tired or just being the big boss, his attitude was not very customer friendly
