Business scam/refused to refund

I bought one BioSlimming Cream/Gel Set (3 bottles) for $147.00 and used aout 10 days. They did not work for me, therefore, I returned the set for a refund. Vendor refused to give me a refund due to: Products have been used/opened.

All 3 bottles were returned with the caps/labels on the same way they were shipped. I used 1/2 of the products amount on 2 bottles and 1/3 on the other. I feel that I've been scammed by the vendor.
