My next door neighbor completly scammed us by telling us we were buying into a company Q-Traks, music site that was being bought and was going on the stock exchange. We googled him and nothing came up. We know he has sammed others and we want to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. The legal authorities are aware, but justice grinds very slowly.
