I work for a bank and a customer of mine who is in her late 80's living only on a small social security income had $447.34 taken out of her account, she said it was unauthorized. When we called the 1-866-395-2021 number on the memo section of the ACH copy... We were told she'd receive a refund in 21 business days. We keep calling, they keep saying they are processing the refund. Obviously this is a scam. They are not refunding anything and it's been almost 2 months now.
