This company offered a TRY ME FOR JUST THE COST OF THE POSTAGE the ommitted to say that they would debit your account with 79.95 and 59.95 a few days later. They were impossible to reach by phone and did not respond to emails. When they sent me another lot on 22nd June and debited my account again this time for £84.90 and 64.90 I really got angry and in a panic. I emailed and got ignored several times tried phoning at the times on their answerphone only to find that the answerphone details were wrong. I eventually got them by running up a phone bill dialing at all times. They only agreed to refund on the second lot if returned immediately (which I did by special delivery) as did not trust them. They charged me £4.95 postage twice (another £10) but sent the two items in one small jiffi bag weighing very little. I have requested my card company to investigate this company.
