Miscellaneous

An add came on facebook sayng you could claim 175 pound voucher for tesco, there was a tesco sign at top of the page it went to, so i was fooled by that, it asked me to text a number to receive a code so i did, i didn't get a code, i received a text saying that i had subscribed to winmypc at a cost of 2.50 4 times, and to cancel text STOP to 60700, i tried this repeatedly a few day's ago and it didn't work, maybe because i was using free text's i'm not sure. I just topped up and my phone just started beeping, and the credit dropped by 7-8 pound, i then sent stop to that number and it sent me one saying i'd unsubscribed. The point is, i never chose to subscribe to this in the first place, it said i had to text it to get a code that was all. I'm now down by nearly 8 pound! This cannot be legal surely???
