I ordered a free trial dead sea kit and agreed to them taken a delivery charge of £3.95 only, this charge was taken from my account on the 12th June and i have never ever received the goods.
On checking my bank statement yesterday they have now taken a payment of £ 57.99 on 1st July.
I am very upset as i have never agreed to this and have never received any goods. I cannot afford to lose this money and have got on to my bank to stop them from taken any further monies. I never use my card on the internet because of fraud and the one time i have this happens. Please can you refund me as a matter of urgency.
