The Bank of New York Mellon Main& Diamond Sts. Butler, Pa 16001.
Directive on the letter included with check tell me not to attempt to use the check until you call my claim agent Nicky Anderson 1-289-892-0011.
I will take this to my bank tomorrow, they will deal with this scam.
