An identical situation to that filed by Cloiesy on 29/6.inability to download any files after paying the initial small introductory period connection fee, then later being slugged a huge fee for nothing. I have been trying to contact Quamm.net after sending an initial complaint to their service department, but after receiving an automated response telling me my message would be dealt with, I now cannot even reach their website.
