Having problems with a forged signature and changed rates on a Merchant Processing Agreement from a company I have previously reported plus unwarranted services charges I threatened to obtain an attorney when customer service would not help me. I got a call from Global Legal Resources wanting to settle without outside representation so I agreed to try. I sent them a four page letter explaing all the infractions and dishonesty I have incurred in dealing from the company they were representing. The also locked me into a 4 year lease on a credit card processing machine that I did not need saying they could not service the one I had nor could they offer me the low rates without getting this machine. They forged my signature on one of the documents pertaining to the lease agreement. They have charged us for items that were not agreed to. The legal Representative Mr. Samuel Mazzeo stated he has instructed them to issue credits. Two months latter still no credits and we are still being billed incorrectly. I have told Mr. Mazzeo at Global I had no confidence in Payment Systems as my Service provider and want all contracts and the lease agreement cancelled due to the dishonesty and illegal practices they have shown. Now Global will not return any correspondence nor will they let me speak to anyone if I try to call. I guess they think I'll just go away. I am filing a report against both companies with every agency I can find.
