If you search this site for Brian R Zaiger or Encyclopedia Dramatica Se you will see and find a letter that Mr. Zaiger sent Chris at Sweden Dedicated and in that letter it clearly indicates they own https://srsvps.com Encyclopedia Dramatica owns srsvps.

Here is a copy of the letter I received from Chris at Sweden Dedicated sent by Brian R Zaiger.

Hey Chris,

No it wasn't too slow, we were just trying to cut our hosting costs so we moved the lb's to our own network (we own https://srsvps.com). We really appreciate you guys being so cool with us for so long, it's just that we aren't making a lot of money and needed to cut corners in order to be able to keep the site going.
