L ordered a sample jar of their face cream, which caused my face to come out ina rash anr sores, l returned the jar, which they sain l would be refunded for if it didnt agree with me, l never got that back, then on the 29th of May the took £74,95 out of my account, which l'd like retuned, sap. This has put my account in arrears, an am now having to pay that back. Mrs D Chapman, Ipswich.
