Similar to other complaints seen here, this company, who I did not knowingly make contact with while researching a personal loan, deducted £39.99 from my account without my direct consent and left me high and dry relative to my benefits money. The telephone number is on permanent message mode and they have not got back to me despite several messages left by me (each of course costing me more expense). Because they were not directly contacted by me, I cannot be sure which loan broker I did communicate with which resulted in this unauthorised withdrawal.
