June of last year they solicited by phone and my wife bought the package for 250.00 meanwhile time passes and we couldnt take a vacation so "our time" was running out so they called and said for 50.00 we could extend our time another two years so we spent the 50.00 dollars. We go to book a three day stay in pigeon forge tn and all of a sudden we have to have a credit card with credit limit in order to book. They have refused to refund our monies.
