This company sent me on a interview and then later came back and stated that could work for the company did give a reason at hand. I was up front with the company that I had a simple assault charge that was a misdeamor. They stated to send information and what the resolution of the charge explain everything to them. That all fines was paid and assessment was done so charge would not be on record as result of not obtaining employment. If the company knew why did they proceed to send me on interview if they was not going to help with job seeking.
