I have not been able to reach anyone as of yet to discuss this charge to my account. And apparently the bank cant do anything because i authorized the transaction. This is a load of crap!!! This company needs to be taken down. How are they gaining access? They keep you on hold so long and they they push the whole e-mail thing every 2 minutes. I suggest, you close your account and open a new one if you are a victim of this Scam. Also note that they probably have more than 1 scam going. So you may get rid of them for this transaction but they might hit your account again under a different name. They crossed the line. Fight back! Report them to the BBB. Write your congress person. Dont let them have your hard earned money!
