When I signed up to have my address changed on USPS.com, i was told I had to pay $9.99 and my mail would be shipped to my new address; however, after finding out this was a scam, all of my orders had been lost. I had two packages in the mail, totaling $42.40, which I never received, due to my address not actually being changed. Reimbursement for this would be greatly appreciated, as well as necessary.
