Ordered a Coach bag. Said it was confirmed and to allow 3-10 days. Have not received item and they took my money! No way to contact them... Total scam! I have sent emails to bagstore.com and they have not responded. This company and Coach outlet is a scam and are robbing people. SOmeone has to step in to protect the consumer. I am filing a complaint with my bank and the BBB. Stay away from this company!
