I was trying to find a way to purchase an on line loan. When I found out they had charged my debit account that was in a negative balance because of this. I never ordered this product as it was a result of surveys being taken which I never got anywhere. There isn't a paper trail on my end and I'd like to have this reimbursed. I am appalled that these complaints for funds returned are in the trillions. It may be a little to some corporations but it's a lot of money on my end. Please help me with getting this money back in a timely manner.
