My name is Marcela, and my emil is (Personal Information Removed), my phone# is (Personal Information Removed). Since April 12 of each month I have been charged with $8.00. I did not sign anything and neither I have agreed to this charge. I don't know why they are charging this amount to my account, I just realized it now because my statement is online and I never thought something like this could happen, so I never checked for unauthorized charges. I tried calling their 800 number, but I could not reach any person, everything is computarized.
I need help on cancelling these charges, and also I would like to get all my money back, since I did not authorize these charges, and I don't even know what are they for because I didn't get anything from them, so I don't even know them.
